摘要

The Conference is aimed at focusing on the main aspects of risk analysis in Italy relating to mycotoxin contamination, on the basis of the osmosis between the risk assessment and management throughout the food chain. Therefore, this initiative is addressed to all the stakeholders of the food and feed chain, and their contributions in the scientific, operating and managerial experiences that will create a scenario that is a complete representation of the mycotoxins problems in our country. This approach would contribute to decrease the sanitary impact of these xenobiotics on human and animal health und the negative consequences for the food and feed system. Finally, the topics addressed at this Conference can help the dissemination of scientific information related to safeguarding the Italian consumer to the exposure of such toxic substances and to achieve better competitiveness in the European and international markets.
