Environmental Assessment: Establishment of a New Aviary at the National Wildlife Research Center, Florida Field Station, Gainesville, Florida

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services (WS), National Wildlife Research Center (NWRC), Florida Field Station (FFS) proposes to allow the University of Florida (UF) to build an aviary on FFS property. The new aviary would initially be used for a 5 year study conducted by the University to assess the impact of mercury contamination on the life history of white ibis (Endocimus albus).
