Object Class Analysis

This report presents the Federal Governments obligation's in terms of the object classification prescribed in section 82 of Circular No. A-11. Object classes describe the nature of the service or article for which obligations are first incurred, regardless of the purpose, function, or program served. Object classes are divided into the following five major groups: personnel services and benefits, contractual services and supplies, acquisition of capital assets, grants and fixed charges, and other.
