This document summarizes public health concerns related to drinking water from private wells near a phosphate processing plant in Plant City, Florida. It is based on a site evaluation prepared by the Florida Department of Health (DOH).The Florida Department of Health (DOH) has evaluated available air quality data collected at or near the Coronet Industries Site in Plant City, Florida. Area residents suspect that some of their health problems could be linked to poor air quality caused by emissions from Coronets phosphate processing plant.
