This is the final report of the NISS/ESSI Task Force on Graduation, Completion, and Dropout Indicators, which was convened by the National Institute of Statistical Sciences (NISS) at the request of the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) to address conceptual, data, and implementation issues associated with calculation of graduation, completion, and dropout (GCD) indicators.
