There is no universally accepted definition of the term 'exploitative child labor.' International Labor Organization (ILO) Convention 138, Minimum Age for Admission to Employment, establishes that the minimum age of admission into employment or work in any occupation shall not be less than the age of completion of compulsory schooling or less than 15.
