Issued in late 2004, the FS requires for interested proponents to approach the project in two phases as follows. Phase 1. Prepare a feasibility study of the development, contruction, acceptance and operation and maintenance of a gas fired thermal power facility inclusive of ancillary requirements at Sherbeghan. Phase 2: Finalize, relase and manage the invitation to Bid (ITB) process for the proposed facility under a bid award process which combines Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) and Operation and Maintenace (O &M) of the Facility throught the first major overhaul period inclusive of recommendation of Bid award section.
