Based on the record in these five-year reviews, we determine under section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on tapered roller bearings ('TRBs') from China, and on ball bearings ('BBs') from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United Kingdom, would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time. We further determine that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on BBs from Singapore and on spherical plain bearings (SPBs) from France would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.
