Commodity Matchbooks from India. Investigations Nos. 701-TA-459 and 731-TA-1155 (Review).

The Commission instituted these reviews on November 3, 2014. The Commission received one substantive response to the notice of institution from D.D. Bean & Sons Co. (“DDB”), the sole domestic producer of commodity matchbooks. No other interested party responded to the Commission’s notice of institution. On February 6, 2015, the Commission found DDB’s response to the notice of institution to be individually adequate, the domestic interested party group response to be adequate, and the respondent interested party group response inadequate. The Commission did not find any circumstances that would warrant conducting full reviews and determined that it would conduct expedited reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(3) of the Tariff Act.
