Environmental Cooperation-Asia (ECO-Asia) Quarterly Report, October-December 2006

In this quarter, Planning and Development Collaborative International, Inc. (PADCO) continued support for the ECO-Asia program by completing a series of project planning, design and implementation activities. Primary activities focused on: (1) implementation of program activities; (2) development and planning of new activities; (3) work plan development in conformance with new U.S. foreign assistance framework; (4) establishment of program office in Cambodia; and (5) support to RDM/A on the FY 2007 mission operations plan. Implementation highlights include formulating the Water Utility Leadership Forum with AIT, and organizing the AECEN annual forum.
