This analysis has been prepared for the assistance and guidance of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in its operations. The factual information, findings, and conclusions may also be useful to builders, mortgagees, and others concerned with local housing market conditions and trends. This analysis presents counts and estimates of employment, population, households, and housing inventory as of the 1990 Census, 2000 Census, Current date, and Forecast date. For purposes of this analysis, the forecast period is 36 months.
