WVDOT Workforce Development Study

摘要

The purpose of the West Virginia Department of Transportation Workforce Study was to collect and analyze data concerning the current and projected demographics of the workforce and to recommend strategies which would: address any critical shortages of workers; reduce turnover; attract the skilled personnel needed by the departments and to develop a cooperative infrastructure of education and training providers.
