This Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan (C-Plan) has been prepared for offshore exploration activities in the Beaufort Sea, Alaska, conducted by Shell Offshore Inc. This plan is approved for implementation as herein described. Manpower, equipment, and materials necessary for oil discharge prevention and response will be provided as required in accordance with this plan.
