This document is the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrations National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Final Supplement to the Hood Canal and Eastern Strait of Juan de Fuca Summer Chum Salmon Recovery Plan prepared by the Hood Canal Coordinating Council (HCCC). Together, the NMFS Final Supplement and the Hood Canal Coordinating Council Plan (HCCC Plan) constitute the Endangered Species Act (ESA) Recovery Plan (Recovery Plan) for the Hood Canal and Eastern Strait of Juan de Fuca Summer Chum Salmon (Oncorhynchus keta) evolutionarily significant unit (ESU). This Final Supplement contains revisions and additions inspired by, or in consideration of, public comments, and it supersedes the Draft Supplement.
