Port Angeles-Juan de Fuca Transmission Project: Final Environmental Impact Statement

This Comment-Response Addendum presents the comments (and associated responses) received on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Port Angeles-Juan de Fuca Transmission Project (DOE/EIS-0378), which was published in March 2007. Consistent with the Council on Environmental Qualitys National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations, this Comment-Response Addendum and the Draft EIS compose the Final EIS for this project because changes in the EIS, in response to comments, are minor (40 C.F.R. 1503.4(c)).
