Intelligent Transportation Systems: Five-Year ITS Program Plan

This Five-Year ITS Program Plan documents the programs goals, organization, and changes over time. It describes current activities and investments planned for the next five years. The last Program Plan was delivered to Congress in 2000. This plan updates Congress on current achievements. It will be revised every two years. This Program Plan is both a snapshot of the present program and a roadmap for the near-term future.
