In 2001, in a series of staggered investigations, the Commission determined that an industry in the United States was materially injured by reason of imports of rebar from Belarus, Indonesia, Korea, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine and that an industry in the United States was threatened with material injury by reason of imports of rebar from China.
