This Federal Housing Finance Agencys (FHFAs) Mortgage Metrics Report presents key performance data on first lien residential mortgages serviced on behalf of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (referred to in this report as the Enterprises) for all of 2007 and the first quarter of 2008. The report focuses on the delinquencies, loss mitigation actions, and foreclosure data reported by more than 3,000 approved servicers.
