This report reviews the programmatic results EPA achieved in FY 2009, the progress it is making toward its longer-term strategic goals, and the challenges it faces. It also discusses the Agencys financial and management accomplishments, identifies potential for improvement, and demonstrates EPAs commitment to be held accountable for results.
