Review of Lancaster General Hospital Medicare Outpatient Paymens for Oxaliplatin

Our objective was to determine, for selected payments, whether LGH billed its fiscal intermediary for the correct number of service units of oxaliplatin. In written comments on our draft report, LGH stated that it agrees with our findings and that its fiscal intermediary had already reprocessed these claims.
