Immersive Simulation Team Training Impact. Inclusive Dates: 09/30/06 - 09/29/09.

摘要

This project studied a simulation-based training and systems analysis strategy to improve patient safety. Our major objectives were: first, evaluate the impact of immersive simulation training on provider behaviors and the impact of training in actual events; second, use this project to leverage our ongoing simulation projects and move the organization to an enterprise-wide simulation safety center, and third, test a prototype multimedia telecollaboration environment (access grid) for use in immersive simulation, transfer of training and field studies.
