This report represents one of the first references on deicing operations. This document provides practical technical guidance to airports; aircraft operators; consultants and designers; and local, state, and federal regulators. The guidelines address a wide array of practices for the practical, cost-effective control of runoff from aircraft and airfield deicing and anti-icing operations.
