Potassium Permanganate from China. Investigation No. 731-TA-125 (Fourth Review).

The Commission instituted the current fourth five?year review on September 1, 2015. The Commission received one submission in response to its notice of institution, filed by Carus, the sole U.S. producer of potassium permanganate. No respondent interested party filed a response. On December 7, 2015, the Commission found the domestic interested party group response adequate and the respondent interested party group response inadequate. Consequently, the Commission determined to conduct this expedited review.
