Results of Limited Scope Review of Eastern Catawba Cooperative Christian Ministry Head Start Program

The attached final report provides the results of our limited scope review of Eastern Catawba Cooperative Christian Ministry Head Start (the grantee), for the period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009. This review was requested by the Administration for Children and Families, Office of Head Start as part of its overall assessment of Head Start grantees that have applied for additional funding under the Recovery Act. The Recovery Act was signed into law by President Obama on February 17, 2009. The Recovery Act includes measures to modernize our nations infrastructure, enhance energy independence, expand educational opportunities, preserve and improve affordable health care, provide tax relief, and protect those in greatest need.
