Promoting Preventive Services for Adults 50-64: Community and Clinical Partnerships

This document is intended to help promote lifesaving clinical preventive services for adults aged 50 to 64. As the first in a series, this innovative resource identifies a set of recommended preventive services, provides indicators and baseline data at national and state levels to monitor progress, and promotes successful strategies to facilitate their adoption and use. It is hoped that the report will spark vigorous and sustained collaborations that make effective screening, counseling, vaccinations, and other recommended services a routine part of prevention for the nation's adults.
