Organizing International Conference on Electroceramics (ICE-2009) was motivational and welcoming all the delegates at University of Delhi during December 13-17, 2009 was an honor. ICE is a prestigious international platform for scientists, engineers and researchers from all over the world to present recent advances in electroceramics and share their valuable ideas. The spectrum of ICE is vast and includes ferroelectric, pyroelectric, piezoelectric ceramics, processing and characterization, glass, composites and devices, intelligent materials, solid state ionic, fuel cells, sensor, actuator and transducer applications, nano-structured ceramics and nanotechnology, informatics and communication, computation, modeling and design of ceramics, energy and environmental applications and emerging areas.
