10th Conference on Health Survey Research Methods: 05/01/10 - 04/30/11.

摘要

The 10th Conference on Health Survey Research Methods was held in Peachtree City, Georgia, from April 8–11, 2011. A total of 70 participants attended the Conference. Its general purpose was to continue to improve the quality of health survey data and to make those data more valuable to those who make decisions about health practices and policies. The more immediate purpose of the 10th Conference was to provide a place and time where those engaged in the study of health survey methodology could meet to review state-of-the-art survey data collection methods, identify major methodological problems facing health surveys today, and define hypotheses and specify priorities for future methodological research. To our knowledge, there are no other conference venues that focus exclusively and intensively on these issues, despite the vast sums of resources that are expended annually on the collection of health-related information via survey research.
