This report examines the trends, patterns, and characteristics of illicit drug use among persons aged 50 to 59 in the United States. Data were analyzed from 51,474 respondents born during the 1943 to 1962 time period and 16,656 respondents aged 50 to 59 from the 2002 to 2007 National Surveys on Drug Use and Health. Multivariate logistic regression modeling was applied.
