Task Order No. 3 Completion Report Armenia Power Sector Reform

In mid-September 1998, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) issued Task Order no 3 of Contract LAG-1-00-98-00005-00. The Task Order was intended to continue a number of institutional reform activities focusing on both the Armenian power and natural gas sectors. This report describes the subtasks and major results accomplished during this Task Order, identifies how each deliverable requirement was met and provides suggestions for follow-on activities should USAID, or other donors desire to continue work in his area. An Exhibit provided at the end of the document summarizes the key events, deliverables, timing and accomplishments associated with this Task Order.
