The purpose of this review is to assess whether CBOCs are operated in a manner that provides veterans with consistent, safe, high-quality health care in accordance with VA policies and procedures. The objectives of the review are to: Determine whether CBOC performance measure scores are comparable to the parent Determine whether CBOC providers are appropriately credentialed and privileged in accordance to VHA Handbook 1100.19. Determine whether CBOCs maintain the same standard of care as their parent facility to address the Mental Health (MH) needs of Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF) era veterans.
