U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Performance and Accountability Report, 2010

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC's) FY 2010 Performance and Accountability Report provides program performance and financial information that enables the Congress, the President, and the public to assess the SEC's performance and accountability over the resources entrusted to it. For the fourth year in a row, the SEC received a Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting from the Association of Government Accountants. The award is presented to federal government agencies whose annual reports achieve the highest standards demonstrating accountability and communicating results.
