Shelton Laundry and Cleaners Groundwater Monitoring Results. October 2008 and June 2009

This report describes the results of groundwater samples collected in October 2008 and June 2009 from three shallow wells and two deep wells. PCE was detected in well 4W with concentrations ranging from 8 to 11 mg/L, not meeting the MTCA cleanup level. Trichloroethylene (TCE) and cis-1,2-dichloroethylene (cis-DCE) were also detected in well 4W, at concentrations near or below the reporting limit of 1 mg/L. PCE, TCE, and cis-DCE were not detected in any of the other sampled wells.
