This Environmental Assessment (EA) has been prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) guidelines. This EA summarizes the environmental effects of implementation of the proposed land conveyance (Proposed Project) between the City of Yuma (COY) and Reclamation. The EA describes the Proposed Project, alternatives, and the potential environmental impacts of the project. It also sets forth the consultation used in preparing this EA.
