This report provides information on all cases reported to the Commission in which the court considered a motion to reduce a sentence under 18 U.S.C. S 3582(c)(2) for an offender convicted of an offense involving crack cocaine. The data in this report represents information concerning motions decided through January 31, 2011, and for which court documentation was received, coded, and edited at the U.S. Sentencing Commission by February 2, 2011. Users of this information are cautioned that the data are preliminary only and subject to change as the Commission receives, analyzes, and reports on additional cases.
