Combined Assessment Program Review of the VA Illiana Health Care System, Danville, Illinois

The purpose was to evaluate selected activities, focusing on patient care administration and quality management, and to provide crime awareness training. We conducted the review the week of November 14, 2011. The review covered seven activities. We made no recommendations in the following activities: Colorectal Cancer Screening; Coordination of Care; Moderate Sedation; and Quality Management.
