For Department of Energy expenses including the purchase, construction, and acquisition of plant and capital equipment, and other expenses necessary for nuclear energy activities in carrying out the purposes of the Department of Energy Organization Act (42 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.), including the acquisition or condemnation of any real property or any facility or for plant or facility acquisition, construction, or expansion, and the purchase of not more than 10 buses, all for replacement only, $754,028,000, to remain available until expended. The Department of Energy is authorized to carry out the program provided for in section 638 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16014) in this and subsequent fiscal years, using funds received from non-Federal sources as provided for in section 638 (d)(4)(B).
