摘要

This conference addressed a prominent public health problem, provision of behavioral health care to older adults, the fastest growing segment of the American population. The conference had two goals: (Day one) disseminate the latest information about providing evidence-based care to older adults with behavioral health and late-onset psychiatric problems within primary care health care clinics and aging service programs, and (Day two) assemble research experts and program administrators who are providing integrated care to older adults and develop a research agenda focusing on the provision of integrated care models to older adults with behavioral health disorders across a range of primary care/aging service programs.
