Prices lifted in this bulletin include the federal excise taxes. for which no tax exemption certificate will be issued. contractors will make application to the ordering installation for tax exemption certificates may be necessary to cover local and state taxes, on all orders issued under this bulletin.nThe contracts covered by this bulletin provide that all metal containers shall conform to current commercial conform and applicable I. C. C. regulations. All such metal containers shall be complete covered with a rust proof coating or paint of a permanent quality suitable for the purpose intended. Commercial cases and /or cartons will be acceptable for outer packaging of one quirt, five quart and five pound cans.
