This report is intended to give details of the production methods used in the manufacture of the Diode and Tetrode, the characteristics of which were discussed in a previous C.I.O.S. report by the sane authors.nThe triode was not made in large quantities and manufacturing details are therefore not presented here. The general features of the production technique were, however, similar to those for the diode and tetrode.
