The contract specifies that The Elmendorf Corporation 1B to pre pare designs for a prefabricated building construction including details of all required joints, panels and parts. It also requires the construc-tion of a set of all required joints, panels, and parts, and the assembly of the prefabricated components on a typical foundation, the whole to be so prepared as to demonstrate the features and practicability of the con-struction. Tests are called for in which the elements of the mock-up structure are to be subjected to conditions that shall conform to the requirements and acceptable standards established by various govern-mental departments.
