Hermes B-1 Automatic Pilot

The autopilot for the Hermes B-1 is a two axis system capable of stabilizing the missile attitude in roll and yaw during the desired portion of the flight. The roll control loop has fast response in order to minimize the effect of disturbances at separation, while the yaw channel has slow response, the cross cover frequency being well below the missile resonant frequency.
