摘要

Techniques have been developed to measure tempera-tore coefficients of capacitors to an increased degree of accuracy. Capacitance increments due to temperature variations can be measured to 0.0001 ㎜f or one percent, whichever is greater, with the exception of a very small range of capacitors.
