Effects of Large Pitch Angles on Static Stability in Yaw for Small Yaw Angles

The canter of pressure in the yaw plane moves forward considerably when the angle of attack exceeds 5 degrees and the sideslip angle is comparatively small. Apparently the yaw stabilizing function of the top fin is reduced under these conditions.
