An Investigation of High-Frequency Fluctuations of Strain Gauge Signals Associated with the Presence of Liquids in Guns

The occurrence of high-frequency oscillations on the pressure and strain oscillograms from guns using liquid propellants or liquid projectiles was investigated by recording the response of gauges under a variety of conditions during scheduled tests of two guns.
