Research Activity:1--Growth of Single Crystals 2--Hall Measurements

摘要

During the second quarter of the contract our attention has been directed mainly along two channels. The first of these is the growth of large single crystals of Lead Telluride and Lead Selenide. The second is the further refinement of our A. C. and D. C. circuits for measuring Hall and magneto-resistive coefficients.
