Study of Specific Antinyduronidases in Serum

Since the previous report the following work has been completed:n1.tSpecific inhibitors of Lancefield types A & K streptococci were prepared. Among the four specific inhibitors now available, (the above two and streptococci #19 and #14) there is cross inhibition only between Lancefield type K and #19.n2.tSpecific inhibitors were obtained in rabbits immunized with formaldehyde inactivated hyaluronidase of testicular and bacterial (#19) origin. These have the same specificity as the inhibitors obtained with the active enzymes.
