Construction and Characteristics of Heat-Treating Facilities at the Watertown Arsenal Laboratories

A new heat-treating department was recently installed at the Watertown Arsenal Laboratories. Every effort was made to assemble the most complete and up-to-date equipment for the specific purpose of meeting the needs of all branches of the laboratory. The construction and characteristics of the heat-treating facilities are described.
