INVESTIGATION OF CONTROL 'FEEL' EFFECTS ON THE DYNAMICS OF A PILOTED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM

The first study was achieved by utilizing four jet interceptor pilots recently active in fleet duty (see Section III). The second study, which also made use of these pilots, led to revision of the nonlinear pilot analog so that it would more closely correspond to jet pilots (see Section IV). Pilot analysis was treated concurrently with the study of a pilot analog.
