摘要

The differential equations of the compressible laminar boundary layer can be conveniently treated by the method of finite differences. Such a method will allow the determination of boundary layer behavior under any combination of pressure gradient and wall temperature or heat transfer rate variation.nThe stability of the finite difference solution of the boundary layer equations, and of parabolic equations in general, has been investigated and found to place certain restrictions on the mesh sizes which may be used.
