This work is described in a final report just issued (reference 1). An extension of Swanson’s research was carried on by Mr.P.R. Nachtsheim uncer the some OOR contract and is reported here as an addendum report. The extension was very limited in scope because of the necessity of dismantling the Case wind tunnel in November for the purpose of moving and rebuilding it in the new Propulsion Laboratory.
